The herald of holi was not just the onset of the dry summer season in India....It was also the time 4 the extremely dry season 4 all the B-Schools ..it was the time for the so called summer placements in the minds of 1000's of MBA students all over the country and our was no exception.NICMAR, the epitome of all construction management aspirants, was not just a campus comprising of 600 odd students..It was an institute brimming with zeal and enthusiasm..(aspirations at its highest for vision 20-20 one can say)..

it was a real cool winter which awaited us during the months Nov- mid Feb and life was more than pleasant and comfortable..Seniors were all busy chanting their last minute mantras to their juniors as to how effectively to utilise the remaining 1 yr in the college..like all pieces of " advise" this too were no exception ...into the drain..

now it is march..harsh realities have started to dawn into our minds...summers are here..seniors have left..with good packages and a promising future..now we notice with depair and resentment..have we really missed somethings more valuable in our search 4 the unknown??

SWOT analyses are being done..where exactly do we stand rite now?? we know not..atleast i dont know...is it really a time 4 SWOT analysis or is it an insight into how worthless we are..dunno..some answers are always very difficult 2 decipher even though we know them for ages...time 2 face the myriad of obstacles threatening our own very existence..

To think of, it reminds me of robert frost,
"The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep. "

This assure me that tehre is yet another holi to watch out for..A better package and a good job awaiting me somewhere and finally i'll follow the stream and be out of the college one day with sweet remeniscences of the past..
